The "Black Card" includes tanning, massage chairs, hydro beds, etc.. plus you can bring one friend to workout with, but they can not use the tanners and such.. $20 a month..
The black card gives you avaliablity to the tanning beds, massage beds and chairs, and you also can bring a guest for free each visit all for $21 A month.
Everything everyone else is saying is correct. However, you can ALSO use all other locations of PF with the Black Card membership, including all other locations "Spa" (tanning, massage beds, red light therapy...)
I pay $20 a month for a black card they offer. It include tanning and a bed massage.
