It was okay. The trainer was fun, but I do not think the workout was very effective. I also did not like how everyone shared and sweated on the same equipment.

The trainers and members at 9round are so comforting and genuinely care about your health and fitness! Everyone always has a smiling face and the intensity level is however difficult you want to make it!

I've been working out here almost since it opened, and it is always a great workout! The workouts change everyday, and the trainers are very helpful and encouraging. A great workout for people of all ages! (I'm 54!)

It depends on what contract length you choose! They will give you pricing info after your first workout! Never any pressure to sign up that day!

It depends. They offer discounts for various things, but I believe the range of various 9Rounds is $50-$100.
