Just joined silver sneakers( its free) at center. I went to Chesterfield fitness center this morning for the 9:30 class in low impact Aqua aerobics but there was no teacher and the ladies there told me to go to the Cox Health Fitness Center there's teachers and it's a bigger pool and it also has a therapy pool it looks really nice it's very clean very nice very big and it has a Subway sandwich shop in the lobby

Great amenities! Large lap pool smaller pool for rehab. Large locker rooms with showers and towels. Steam rooms Dry and Wet . A jacuzzi. Men have the same on there side. T.V. 's to watch while you do your cardio. And so much more.
The Pool is Open.. But it might be restricted during Class Sessions. But even then..You might be able to use the swimming lanes.

I was told by a staff member that 11 laps on the inside lane was 1 mile, 10 laps in the middle Lane and 9 laps in the outside lane are equal to a mile.
Yes open MLK. There this morning for early basketball.
They do have a basketball court. For nonmembers it cost $12 for a day pass.

Depends on the service you need
Swim, do weights, use the track, get one free session with a coach about what you need. Many services to be purchased (at a discount I believe). :)
