Horrible customer service. Ordered Everlast siding brackets and was told 3 weeks. Called at 3 week mark and no idea of status from staff. Called again a few days later still no information on status. Asked if they could call and find out???? Answer: very difficult company to deal with, must be supply chain issues. NOTE: I HAVE A CUSTOMERS HOUSE HALF DONE. I CALLED EVERLAST COMPANY. A representative stated no supply chain issues in fact wharehouse in Kansas City- 5 hours away, had plenty of them. Called again ( working on call # 10 at least) and they stated 7 more days. Finally received after 5 weeks. Honestly think that they forgot to order- and that would have been ok if someone would have said “ hey we screwed up, will fix”. Beyond frustrated.

I'm have never felt so little and unimportant in a store. There were 3 people in the front desk and I felt like none of them wanted to help me and that I was just a inconvenience to them. Once I got helped his attitude just made me feel like he wanted to be done with me. He made me feel like just because I was younger that I didn't know what I was talking about. I finally got what I wanted and left mad and depressed at the same time I would not recommend them unless you absolutely have to
