No signs to say no,, water isn't always gross. its algae so it just depends on the conditions. Dogs are required to stay on a leash,, so maybe keep that in mind if you go..

There's no signs that disallow it. However, the water is nasty. I take my dogs to the river.

I would think dogs could swim there but not people. There are a lot of ducks so if your dog is prone to harm ducks then you probably shouldn't bring it there off a leash.
