Does this company provide a pension plan for it's workers? If so how long do you have to work there before you are vested? Also if the employee opts out of taking their benefits, is there some other compensation available? Thanks

No pension just good health benefits. And a 401k

No pension plan. They do have a 401k. I am unaware of any compensation from waving your benefits.
