Brand new customer here and not happy with how this is starting out. Just moved into our new home in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Just had 2 new cans dropped and yet we still have the old ones. We Missed the Wed. pickup (being new here) and now have to wait a week to get old ones emptied then picked up, but don't know when. Called customer service and no help there, even offered to pay to get old cans emptied and picked up. Apparently they don't offer that service here. I sure hope this improves as you are the only service in the area.

Having stopped service because of the outlandish amount of the bill, they charged me to come and get their trashcan. Then had the audacity to add a fuel surcharge. Twenty plus years with this account and never in the rears. Get out while you can loyalty means nothing

Calling for ANY help is ridiculous. As soon as you try to pay bill, someone will answer and hang up and then you have to call again and go through 10 minutes of automated call before getting back just to be hung up on again.. Their service is beyond ridiculous.. They won't even pick up any trash THEY DROP from cans.. Lol literally the worst trash service I've ever had.

They leave trash laying on the ground, break trash cans, and customer service is a joke.
