I called and spoke to Beth Kaiser (Service Dept) about replacing the original Michelin tires on my wife's 2017 Toyota Camry with 86,000 miles. She was able to work the car in on the day most convenient for my wife to stop by from work. She arrived to a cheerful greeting, a nice waiting area with coffee, and the car was finished in under an hour! Since I normally take care of this myself, I was relieved at how easy this was, thanks to Beth. My wife's comment was, "I even had time to stop in Frankfort for some shopping!" Thanks Beth!

The day we got my son's RAV4 everyone there made sure we were being taken care of, even the employees who weren't directly involved with the sale. They are very good to make sure your wait is comfortable.
