While I haven't used their services since last year, I am constantly reminded of my experience when an employee entered HERSHHEY instead of my name. Each EMAIL AND TEXT starts with this obviously RACIST remark; there was no apology for the incident or why the employee entered a derogatory nickname instead of mine. The owner was rude and dismissive saying that it didn't nean that but never clarfied what HERSHHEY means. I also spoke with corporate who did confirm that employees must enter names, so this was not an accident. Speaking of that experience: I called and order tires, the tires didn't arrive in time for my appointment, instead of being informed, they placed more expensive tires on my vehicle without my knowledge. Also, even with an appointment the wait is just too long.

Went to Big O Tires a few weeks ago in desperate need of tires. Matt was very helpful and I was able to get 2 used tires at a reasonable price. The tires were replaced quickly and I was able to get on my way without waiting too long. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
