Right down the street is a place called Deadlows brewery, awesome beer and ciders and such. Food is outstanding.
There are lots of restaurants in the area, but none real close. My suggestion not knowing what time his concert is, is to eat a good late lunch and then drive over to Riverbend and if hungry later get something at one of the concession stands.
Dayton is nearby..The Spaghetti Warehouse is pretty good
If you like mexican, there is a really good restaurant up on Five Mile called Don Rigos. They are fairly reasonable and the food is delicious.
