The only place I wouldn't smoke is under the pavilion just out of respect. Buy I smoked everywhere else
it's pretty lacks about everything..but they have designated areas

Outside of the Pavilion are many designated smoking areas.
You are outside. If you are on the lawn I don't think it matters but if you are in the pavilion they discourage it especially if it's a sold out show. If you are in the pavilion then walk out to the walkway just outside and smoke in the open air. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR TICKET TO YOUR SEAT SO YOU CAN GET BACK INTO THE PAVILION
