No, they do not. But they have many places to eat inside the venue.

The Buffett show is the only one I go to, but I go every year. If you end up as far down as the Beltarra parking lot they absolutely will not allow any tailgating. Your best bet is to hit one of the multiple parking lots that are across the road from Riverbend, though we have gotten away with some pretty major tailgating in the gravel lots just past the arena entrance (if you're coming in from the bridge. You can drink in your car but they no longer allow tail gating/parties in the lot.
