When I went 2 weeks ago we didn't know so we bought ponchos but lots had umbrellas... we were pavilion seats but it rained so hard at BG AND KIDS CONCERT to go get food or drinks or even smoke, you were beyond soaked.... because we weren't from there we went by comments... and didn't bring one... but Yes you can !!
