My 2013 Buick regal t is slow to start and occasionally I have to get a jump I have had the battery checked and it's o k . I was wondering if this could be starter drag or another electrical problem.?

Could be the alternator

Have whatever company you purchased your vehicle from service it. If its McCluskey then the problem should be covered in their warranty policy free of charge. Sounds like the alternator, electrical, or some other starting function such as cylinoid etc depends on vehicle. Good luck.
