Chris took great care of me! He restored my 1975 Martin D-18 - it looks and plays amazing. He is super professional and will no doubt have my business in the future. Update from original review - I recently took my Martin 00-15 to have my anthem pickup installed. There was a slight buzz from the clips holding the wires that I didnt hear when I picked it up (and it would only happen occasionally). Chris was apologetic and asked me to bring it back. He made sure to make it right and now there is no buzz and the pickup placement is perfect. My guitar sounds so good plugged up. I bring up the buzz issue only to highlight the absolute professional that Chris is. The buzz was miniscule and most of the time couldn't be heard in any live setting (my concern is that it would be picked up in a recording). We sat down and worked through it and found the buzz . He didn't seem rushed or upset that I was persistent about it. He missed it initially, but how people respond to those issues speaks volumes to me. Class act and fantastic company!

I took a guitar in to have it appraised and they told me that it was not a real Les Paul guitar and when they took it apart to check it they messed something up in the guitar something with the sound transferring through the cable to the Amp I took the guitar to a different music shop and they said it was a real Les Paul guitar and offered 2g to but it .it was from the 60s so wasn't too impressed with their evaluation of the guitar they seem to have nice equipment in there the people were nice I just don't know if I would trust their judgment on the guitar but who knows we're all humans we all make mistakes sometimes.

Thabks for asking. A bone saddle made for your guitar with a complete setup would be $100 plus tax. You can bring your own strings in or we can supply most sets or $8.
just guitars, use Joe Stenger for all of my amp work, 513-429-9090.
Not sure, but it never hurts to call and ask. The staff is very nice and they may be able to refer you to repair shop that can.
My normal price for resetting the neck on a J-45 is $350. That includes any touchup that needs be done as well as complete setup once it's done. Thanks for asking.
That can most likely be done. I would have to route out a "neck pocket" to fi the one you want to use. You are welcomed to bring it by for a look any time the shop is open.
