can a neck through bass that had the head snapped off from a stack falling on it receive a bolt on neck . I have a good neck but not the tools or skills to do this. can this Chris do this miracle ?

That can most likely be done. I would have to route out a "neck pocket" to fi the one you want to use. You are welcomed to bring it by for a look any time the shop is open.
