Bought a car through the online, home delivery portion of the dealership. By their own contract the repairs have not been made. I have promises and no call backs after leaving messages. The last conversation was four days ago saying they would call yesterday. I tried to call with no answer from salesman and message left with online manager. The worse excuse is your too busy. Weren't to busy to sell it to me. If you have too many things on your plate, get a bigger plate. I need my car repaired please.

Antoine Wilson was our Salesman. This is the second truck we've bought from him. You should have him training every new employee. His understanding of customer service is on another level. He is kind, honest, courteous, and pounds the pavement to find what you are looking for. His constant use of social media, always posting positive quotes, enthusiasm for his job and love of his job is inspiring. He is positive, honest and at the end of the day makes you want to purchase from him.

Went online on a Wed and scheduled an appt. for 10am Fri. I showed up about 9:30am and was immediately greeted by Drew Duncan. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. After giving Drew some brief info and answering his questions he took me straight to the lot to look at applicable vehicles, it was an enjoyable experience. Once we narrowed it down, I selected my truck, and we immediately went inside to begin purchase process. McCluskey staff moves through process very quickly as a team and were communicating with each other the whole time. So, the Insurance, trade-in, finance, & down payment process was very fast. There was no waiting around. I wasn't even there 2 hours, very impressive. McCluskey Chevy is world-class, I highly recommend. Drew Duncan was excellent at everything he did and so efficient. Brad, Megan, and Drew's fiance were awesome too!

Street by street directions can be accessed via the built-in navigation with Onstar service as well as Android Auto or Apple CarPlay on the Infotainment 3 system, pending the year.

At the dealership, it is a requirement under the powertrain which I have found a value so it does payoff to abide by the rules and I pay 60 bucks every 3 months for an tire rotation and oil change for a 2011 jeep compass
