You have to go to the federal circle with the airtrain and then there you can make a call with a phone, and follow the instructions :)
The shuttle runs every hour or 30 minutes from the hotel and they pick you up at a central location the Air train. The hotel is not luxurious it's nice but a little run down. Could use to be remodeled.
