Hi, I am interested in the history of Gary Works. Are there any museum or an excursion devoted to the history of Gary Works in Indiana? Are there any people with whom I can meet and talk about the history of Gary Works? Thank you

No museums that I know of, but some of the larger "houses" (boiler houses, blast furnaces, turbo house, Fab shops) are littered with photos of the early US Steel years. I once saw an old book that had incredible pics. Some of the old timers have tons of stories. Officially, you'd have to contact them and ask permission; I wish you luck.
