I think so but you need to super clean and throw out everything at the end.
No BBQs in the dog park, if you cross the foot bridge over to flushing Meadows you can bbq on that side.
I really dont know if you are allowed to barbecue at the park, but the dog run is awesome, the peopple are nice and friendly, there are two areas together one for little dogs, and the larger one for big dogs, there is a real water hydrant with a built in water bowl for the dogs to have cool drinking water, there are benches for the people to sit and rest while they watch their lovely dogs have fun, there is a supply containers with doggy bags in case you forget yours, the ground is very clean, and you have to clean after your dog uses the bathroom, the place is awesome there is lots of green areas outside the play area to walk your dog and ithere is nice and cool breeze because is near water. Theres lots of areas for you to fly a kite in case you you or your children like kite flying, i take my grandson there and i teached him to fly a kite, he loves it. May you and your pooch have lots of fun at this park.
