Usually they only check the outside car like turn on your left signal, turn on your right signal, step on the brake, honk the horn. When you're doing your road test they're only supposed to tell you which way to go and where to turn. They shouldn't be asking you any rules of the road or what any special sign means.
make sure all the lights in your vehicle are working..like turn signals, break lights if one doesn't work they won't give you the road test ... same for the honk... the road test in the Elston location is much easier to do...and the examiners are more nicer but they dont open Saturday... they dont ask many questions . only to put the turn signals left and right .. press your brakes..and honking...and maybe the question parking up hill or down hill ...what direction the tires are facing when you're parked.
