The courtesy shuttle is available to registered hotel guests from 7AM to 9PM in a 7 mile radius from the hotel. There is no fee and it is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please work with hotel front desk team to make your arrangements. During special events at Hartford Convention center or XL center, we also rent an extra shuttle to fulfill the increased demand.
