Has anyone ever driven an R.V. and stayed in the area for graduation ? That's my only option. Chicago or bust lol. I would also like to follow my son after graduation to Florida where he said he'd being going next, in the R.V. is this possible?

You will not be able to use the on - base RV park if you are not a military member or dependent.

There is a R.V. spot in base by the lake. First you must register or reserve a spot for your RV with MWR Marina. They are in charge with RV spots. I recommend following/like NAVSTA GREAT LAKES on Facebook. There's phone numbers and resources on their page.

If you are active military or retired military it should be no issue. There is also a nice hotel as an option. If not you can't stay on base.
