No its not it's a Workforce Center and you could go there and use the computer to file your claim or open up a claim but they cannot help you if you have any problem opening up a claim unemployment the nearest won between there and downtown is the one on 18th Street off of Damen it's a Family Dollar on the corner and the building 1700 West 18th Street on the second floor but you can't miss it it's a Family Dollar store on the corner and its right next door going west
Go to the front desk of the receptionist, and they can assist you from there.
