Greyhound package express and myself have been calling and emailing for 2 weeks and getting no response as to the whereabouts of all my belongings!!!! I need my medical equipment and clothing!!! If anyone at the station can possibly help me ?

Thanks but that contact has already been made to the higher-ups Mike request has been sent to the higher-ups and put on the highest priority list for the last 2 weeks and still no response what I really desperately need is just whatever random person might be at the station to talk to an agent face to face to find out if my stuff is there or if it's not

If you haven't done so yet, ask to speak with the higher upper. When it comes to health, this shouldn't be something to "get back to to you" on, and definitely tell them how it's been a farce. I'm sorry you're going through that, and best of luck.
