From the township website: "Questions regarding park usage can be addressed by calling the Township Office at 570-586-2111." Call that number and find out for sure. All we (Google Maps users who have been to the park) can do here is speculate.
They are resurfacing it at the present time. I'm not sure when it will be finished.
