Very disappointed with our visit today. My son had been looking forward to our visit all day and had birthday gift cards he wanted to spend. The lady working was extremely rude. My son knows how to behave and was not messing with anything. He is an avid collector so he knows to be careful and how valuable and expensive things are. We frequent that store often and do the majority of our Christmas shopping there. I couldn't even tell you how much we have spent in this store, yet today he put his gift cards back in his pocket and it was his idea to just leave. From reading the other reviews, I see that despite you claiming to have friendly staff, we are far from the only ones to have had this problem. Your lack of concern for the experience your customers have in your store is extremely disheartening. Very disappointing since aside from customer service I would have given a much higher rating.

This store is selling fake nba jerseys. Fake Nike. Fake Mitchell and ness and for almost the same cost as real jerseys. God knows what else is fake in there. I didn’t even bother to look at anything else. I’m blown away a store is able to sell these.

Good store for other stuff. DON'T buy a football jersey from here though. They aren't real. They're clearly from China (have a few fake ones of my own that I bought for cheap) and just by looking at them you can tell they're fake and not authentic. However, they sell them for authentic prices. Either buy a real one from the NFL or buy one for China for $25. Don't pay $100 here for a fake jersey.
