I called the previous day to get a cab at 9:15 from Mulberry st (Ziebart) to Steamtown Mall. They hadn't shown up by 9:30 so I called again. He said they were just leaving. It's 10:35 and they're still not here. Now when I call it goes to voicemail. It's a shame in a city of this size you can't find a dependable cab company. Seems like once they have your phone number on record they don't answer the phone......

I had to cancel 4 medical appointments July 6th the cab never showed up. This is the 2nd time now. My next appointment I will walk to cmc.! Also the dispatch acted as if he didn't care. September 3rd the driver we had took the longest way to our house from cmc hospital. And all he did was complain about his job and how boring it is. It cost us 3.50 more going home than going to cmc hospital.
