It's groomed trails up until the steep part down to the bottom of the waterfalls... It is easily manageable but watch for tree roots as I rolled my ankle and had a major sprain as a result there.
It can be. There are a few...legs or trails. Most easy enough for even young up and coming hikers
Easy hike in to the falls. Doesnt take long. If you want to go to the bottom to see the falls better, it is a bit steep but very do-able
It's about a mile each way. I do it and have a heart condition. Only steep spot is getting next to the falls. Like already noted, watch for roots that you might trip up on. Very beginning of trail might be a little flooded due to lots of rain.
Rolled my ankle on the trail as well. Lol Be careful. Couldn't make it the entire way.
It depends on how fast you hike, it's not terribly difficult.
