U guys came to my house 2/7/18. Gave me an estimate and payment plan. I call every day since then and no one has called me back since. I spent 3 hrs talking to Bill Johnson sales manager and now no has responded . Do you guys even exist?

How did it go with them? Having same issue here, can't get ahold of anyone just a automated response/voicemail box!! Feeling scammed.

We experienced the same thing. In our experience, their explanation was that they were trying to find the right creditor. Continue to call. Our installation was great. We are completely happy with Install America. We would recommended them again.
