No , it's free to enter the park. If you want to rent a cabin it costs money though.
My daughter paid 100 dollars to rent an open pavilion. It had 7 or 8 picnic tables. Very nice
No fee to go to the park. But there are picnic tables that are first come first serve and there are also shelters and lodges that you can rent.
