It is a Benedictine Monastery. The Brothers are mainly quiet. The attend Mass and the daily Divine Office/Liturgy of the Hours. They also rear sheep and do other work in maintaining their extremely vast, secluded and beautiful property. The Benedictine motto is "Ora et Labora" - Work and Prayer. And that's exactly what they do!
