Hello Drew, we have worked on Robot vacuums in the passed. The concern is acquiring parts. We always suggest that you call the manufacturer first to see if they have an authorized service center. If they do not ask them if parts can be ordered. Everything we do first is a free estimate so please feel free to drop it off. We are open from 9:00 till 5:00 Monday - Friday. Thank you
I've never seen any of the robot type of vacuums there, but I'm sure they could fix your problem. It wouldn't hurt to call them and ask the store personally
