No the lake is still closed to fishing and water level is way down, check the kdwpt website for any other info
Just wanted to add an update to this question. As of Nov 2021 the lake is 100% open and full. Spoke to some bass fisherman at the boat ramp last night who gave very positive reviews about how often they fish the lake. Good numbers and size every time they go.
