It depends on which idiots are making the food. Some get it right but most of the time they have their heads up their keister and can't read the order board correctly
I... Think the order was taken correctly? I asked them to Mark the one with jalapenos, because that was for me, not my little kids. First order: wrapped the same. Asked the person, who then asked the preparer, which one had jalapenos. Blank stares at me. Burritos thrown out. Second order: manager brings then to me, says he did them himself. "One with, one without jalapenos". Cut both in half, both had jalapenos. Showed them to prove I wasn't making things up. Third order: one with, one without, accomplished.
You probably confused the cashier. You should have said I want 1 bean burrito then pause and wait for the special person behind the counter to catch up to the situation then say you want an additional bean burrito with no red sauce no onions no cheese and add jalapenos
