The Joplin and Springfield stores are owned by Harps, an Arkandad based grocery company, not Kroger.

From what I can tell the Springfield and Joplin Food 4 Less locations differ from other ones. I went to the regular Food 4 Less website and signed up for their rewards card and I was not able to use it in the Springfield location.
