Friendly people but very difficult to get in to pick up my freight

Last Thursday I got a call from FedEx Freight, scheduling my package drop-off for the next day. Although it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday, that wasn't a big deal. The delivery was supposed to be between 11am and 5pm. Since I needed to be there to help take it off the truck, I worked from home on Friday. No delivery Friday. I called multiple times before their location closed. I've now called their number multiple times this morning, with no contact. I even contacted the main FedEx line, and they weren't able to reach the local branch either. I don't really mind the delay, or having to unnecessarily work from home. It's mainly the complete lack of communication.

Yes, but freight is for bigger packages to be handled by forklifts. The package will need to be on skids
