You have to call to set up an appointment anyway so they will be able to answer that question. I've always had to go in and sign paperwork so I suppose it depends on what you need assistance with.
This office mainly handles rental assistance, they will give you a application for the LIHEAP program. You can also download the application and print it out at home.
I have tried to leave a msg for the front desk and the mailbox is full...I would keep trying but I have called on other days of the week and was able to get someone...Fridays is when they see people or set appointments.
I don't know I was wondering the same thing but as far as I know it's just not supposed to last that much longer
Not to them you have to call and make an appointment that is the only way to get anything done for the time being
