You have to call to set up an appointment anyway so they will be able to answer that question. I've always had to go in and sign paperwork so I suppose it depends on what you need assistance with.
Don't know for sure I had to go in cause first time going there so I had a lot of paperwork to fill out but if you call them I'm sure they will let you know
