If that is what makes you most comfortable, but like Casye said it is not recommended. When you arrive you are given a private changing suite with a locker which you keep the key to during your visit. Once your in the float suite you can lock the door to allow privacy while showering. I highly recommend going once you go you will want to go back.
You are in the room alone, in the float tank alone, and you also lock the door to the float room once they are finished with the introduction of the process. Nobody else is in there with you. Once you see the setup yourself, you can decide what is right for you.
They recommend not doing that, as you get a more sensory-deprivation effect without. The room very private, and the float tank too, so it's not that bad, but I believe they allow bathing suits if that's how you're most comfortable.
