What's the capital of Missouri? There's a bus station there if that's closer to the places you mentioned.
I looked up Bucklin, MO, and the two closest stops are in Macon and Kirksville. However, if you do not want to get on the bus in the middle of the night and you are going to Kansas City I suggest that you ride Amtrak out of La Plata

Station, as in get your ticket? OR pickup/drop off station? Rolla, Mo has a purchasing station. Im positive you can search Google for greyhound bus schedule for said date of travel.
