Brass cased, non magnetic rounds .30 caliber or smaller. Just in case you needed a third confirmation. :)
You can shoot 5.56 or .223, just no green tip or any kind of ammo that sticks to a magnet.
No steel core or case, if a magnet sticks to it you can't use it at any indoor range.
