What reason does Swedish hospital have to not provide you with the testing results done during your stay at discharge? Why are we unable to get the records/results when they are available as they’ve spoke about the results but unable to get hard copy

You can request these results via medical records. Most hospitals require that you use this method.

I filled out a records release/request form for my hospital stay in 12/2016. It took about a month but I received wry detailed records, all 1205 pages! The form is available on the hospital website.

You may have to contact the provider instead of the hospital. The provider being either Centura or UC Health partners
