I'm very pleased with Mac Outlet. My computer had a lot of issues and these guys have handled the situation courteously and professionally and quickly. The cost is very reasonable also (especially compared to what you get from the Apple store). Their approach is a more customizable as they have offered multiple solutions to get the problem fixed. One of the best services I've received in a while.

Their prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. The new leather laptop cases are absolutely gorgeous, perfect for keeping my Mac in pristine shape.

Knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. Don’t buy a new phone or laptop without visiting them first. Unlike the staff at Apple who appear to be trained to look down on people who prefer to repair rather than upgrade, Mac Outlet wants to help you keep your device for as long as possible and go the extra mile to help you. I’m going to get an extra couple of years with a new battery for $50 instead of giving Apple $1,000. Works for me.
