Ive lived here 4 months havnt had any problems my neighbors are great and so is management you may have pets
Yes they allow dogs. It is not a nice place they will be nice to you till you sign the lease there is no Street lights in half of the community the police is always around they don't like to fix things.

A majority of tenants seem to have dogs of various sizes. I think they add $25/mo additional to lot rent when a pet is present
