Rent is reasonable for the location. Water bills are ok, you control your own usage. And the road has been repair. And Charles, I believe you not asking a question. But you trying to tell everyone how you feel about this place.

The roads were fixed by The city of Lansing just a few months ago. You control how much water you use. 3 adults 65.00 a mon. 1 person can be as low as 30.00 a month. Very economical for people who do not want to waste money. While living peacefully.
