How are the amenities?

I live in the park . it is a nice park lots of kids. But nice park.

They have multiple "parks" listed on the neighborhood map but one of them is literally just a piece of grass with a bench. There's a basketball hoop and a play ground, and the club house is like a party room that's open to residents. They have parties for the kids around the holidays.

There is a Club House at the front of the property and a big play ground at the back of the park. That's it.
