Yes; take South Shore to the Loop, then take bus 151 north.

You would have to take a cab or uber from Randolph st. South Shore ends at Randolph and the zoo is north of the station about a mile.

I'm not sure. I took lake shore drive south from Evanston to get to the Zoo.
