Kids should always be supervised. If your kids are old enough 13 and up, and you trust their good behavior skills , then you can let them come by themselves. People say Chicago is bad or there's a lot of weirdos. Reality is no one messes with you if you mind your own business. Lived here all my life, not afraid to walk alone at any place or time.
