Yes! Many animals have indoor and outdoor access. Only outside is open to the public so there is a chance you won't see all the animals if they are choosing to be inside.

Yes we saw polar bears, camels, penguins, kangaroos, flamingo's, zebra's rhinoceros, wart hogs, giraffe's, monkeys, & seals. We weren't able to see the Gorillaz tigers or lions

No, this is the only zoo in the world which does not house any animals.

Only ones that weren't there were the lions because they are doing construction. All the interior houses are closed as well so the Ape exhibit is a little less exciting than usual.
